  'Shotover River' - Department of Conservation - January 2010

  McMillan SDS was contracted to drill 2 x 150m deep at 150mm diameter bores, assist with loop installation and conduct the loop grouting for a Department of Conservation building, beside ‘Shotover Jet’ beside the historic ‘Shotover River’. The project also had limited access, and had to be completed without adversely affecting the local whitewater rafting operations being conducted from the adjacent building. We selected our Barber Twin Rotary Rig for the contract, and successfully completed the contract on time and budget (5 days).
